Data Deletion Instructions

What Globus Tool holds

  1. An access token associated with your session, used solely to fetch your metrics on demand.
  2. Advertising metrics, which are retrieved live from the Marketing API and rendered in your browser — not resold or shared.
  3. When you disconnect or your session expires, the associated token is discarded.

Option 1 — Disconnect inside Globus Tool

  1. Open your Globus Tool dashboard.
  2. Click Disconnect & Delete Data in the account menu.
  3. Your session token is removed and your session ends immediately.

Option 2 — Revoke access on Facebook

  1. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Globus Tool and click Remove.

This instantly revokes all tokens and prevents future access to your Facebook data.

Option 3 — Email request

Email [email protected] with your connected Facebook user ID. All associated data is permanently wiped within 24 hours.
